Thanks, Sheila. I made it myself. I found the little cardboard/paper frame and put it around one of my own photos. Then I made the "Misty Sparks Photography Blog" text by myself. The flowers was a Photoshop brush, but I altered it a whole lot and added color for the kids :)
When do you find your headers @? They are so creative. I never can find them.
