His Old Favorite

This time, I’m speaking about my husband… not my son (see previous post) 

These are Pogs. My husband still has his from when he was a kid, so he dug them out to show me after being reminded of them by something that happened on Pawn Stars. He said that he used to play the game with his cousin all the time. When he brought them out, he realized that his favorite Pogs, Kawasaki ones, somehow got ruined… so we didn’t get to take any photographs of them. He has tons and tons and tons and TONS. Here are a few of my favorites

Herbed Cheese Omelet

This is a really delicious omelet! I went looking for a recipe because my four year old son kept saying he wanted something with cheese. After realizing I had a million eggs, I figured I could try to make an omelet for the first time ever. I found this recipe and it sounded tasty, so I gave it a shot. It was so easy to make (I omitted the celery seeds because I didn’t have any)! Also, it was a HUGE success with my four year old son and my one year old daughter! I’ve made it two more times since. Now it’s time for more eggs so I can make more when it’s wanted
