This is a really delicious omelet! I went looking for a recipe because my four year old son kept saying he wanted something with cheese. After realizing I had a million eggs, I figured I could try to make an omelet for the first time ever. I found this recipe and it sounded tasty, so I gave it a shot. It was so easy to make (I omitted the celery seeds because I didn’t have any)! Also, it was a HUGE success with my four year old son and my one year old daughter! I’ve made it two more times since. Now it’s time for more eggs so I can make more when it’s wanted
